Monash Freeway - Roadworks and Closures
Monday 01 December 2008
Major works on the Monash Freeway will mean traffic changes for motorists over the next few weeks as the West Gate Freeway upgrade continues.

Part of Montague Street (northbound to the city) will be temporarily closed on Friday and Saturday nights to allow for major construction.

There will be a full freeway closure on the Southern link and Monash Freeway on the 6th December. Lane closures will commence inbound and outbound and between Burke Road and Kingsway in the inbound direction from 8.30 pm.

The Union is asking all members to take special care given these changed road conditions.

More information on detour routes and other project details are available from www.mcwupgrade.com.au.
