The rates and cost schedules represent a useful tool for owner drivers and hirers who otherwise may not know what typical rates or costs may be.
Rates and costs schedules will vary depending on the type and age of vehicle used, financing arrangements, kilometers traveled, and the nature of the work performed. Calculating rates and costs schedules can be complex, but the TWU can provide owner driver members with assistance in calculating the rates they need to work safely.
