The training of delegates and OH&S representatives remains a critical and on-going task for the Union. 

The Union is a Registered Training Organisation and continually reviews the way it provides training. In addition to restructuring the existing TWU training program, the Union has expanded the training activities offered to incorporate a new Leadership Series.  This comprehensive training package offers Delegates and OH&S representatives the opprtunity to develop their skills and knowledge and will serve membership and the Union well into the future.
