A majority of workers don't trust Tony Aboott on IR laws

Research commissioned by the ACTU has found that 71% of Australians do not believe Mr Abbott’s denial about never changing the Fair Work laws.

Wayne Mader, Branch Secretary said,” The Liberals don’t have a good track record on WorkChoices. They have a history of stripping away workers rights and Labor has a record of restoring them.”

The ACTU poll illustrates that working Australians won’t be fooled by Tony Abbott’s changing stories on the future of industrial relations said Mr Mader.

Mr Mader said that as a close confidant of former Prime Minister John Howard, Mr Aboott can’t be trusted.

If you are concerned about fairness at work and job security a Gillard Labor Government is the clear choice at the upcoming Federal election.
