Occupational Health and Safety
Employers have a duty of care to provide workers with a safe workplace, free of hazards and risks to health.
Similarly, workers have a duty of care to ensure that they work in a manner that is not harmful to their own health and safety and the health and safety of others.Workers don't have to be full-time - they can be part-time or casual workers or employment arrangements.
