Award Rates

Listed in this section are wage rates applying to a range of TWU industrial awards. While awards have been severely rationalised in recent years as a result of Howard Government policies, they still provide significant protection, especially for workers who are not working under Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.

We have included wage rates for those sections of the transport industry in which a significant numbers of workers may not have Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.

Enterprise Bargaining Agreement wage rates differ considerably from company to company, and it would not be feasible to list them all here.

If you are a financial member of the Union and would like a copy of your Enterprise Bargaining Agreement, please call the Union Office on 1300 727 614 or email us on info@twu.asn.au.
