New road rules took effect 9 November 2009

New road rules contained in the Road Rules and Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 2009 will affect all drivers on Victorian roads. These changes come after the Brumby Labor Government made a comprehensive assessment of the road rules. An area significant reform will be regarding the use of new technologies, such as navigation devices and multi-purpose mobile phones.

Upcoming Works on the West Gate Freeway

Footy Greats Bike Ride

Three of AFL's greatest names will take to the road in November for charity. The legendary Ron Barassi, Peter "Crackers" Keenan and Wayne Schimmelbusch will cycle along the Great Ocean Road in country Victoria to raise money for St Mary's House of Welcome in Fitzroy and DOXA.
